A Color a Day2017 (2015-2016), 148 x 149 cm

Dur­ing a whole year, on my dai­ly walk,  I took a pic­ture of one col­or. I chose a square ex­cerpt from each pic­ture which was then print­ed on a 8 x 8 cm fab­ric square. The squares are or­dered chrono­log­i­cal­ly in a spi­ral start­ing from the cen­ter of the piece, us­ing a grey square on those days when I skipped my walk.

The ti­tle al­ludes to the say­ing "An ap­ple a day, keeps the doc­tor away". See­ing the col­or in every day life, cer­tain­ly has the same ef­fect.
